7 Ways to Experience More Energy

1- Energy Fizz Sticks by Arbonne ! Around 2pm most days, when I am needing more pep in my step, I empty my little packet into a 32oz container of water & I’m good to go! (Key ingredients are: Ginseng, Guarana, B-Vitamins, Natural Cane Sugar, and Green Tea)

2- Rainbow Colored Foods! Remember that acronym you learned in school to remember all the colors of the rainbow? Roy G. Biv? It’s totally relevant here also! So when you’re grocery shopping, remember to shop for these colors of fruits & vegetables!

R-red, O-orange, Y-yellow, G-green, B-blue, I-indigo, V-violet

3- Whole-Grained Foods & Starches– A little of this everyday is good for you! (Sparingly of course! You want a well-balanced plate made at every meal, so I would NOT fill my plate up with only grains & starches)

4- Turn the Shower to COLD? Believe it or not…..if you turn the shower to cold, instead of warm, for those last 5 seconds that you are in there, you will not be sorry you did! (I’m sure it hit the goal of being a more alive and energized for ya!) While you are drying off, you can repeat the words, “Thank you, thank you!” 🙂 (A little sarcasm here)

5- Arbonne’s Daily Power Pack for WomenThese vitamins come complete and specific for busy women like you and me! Completed to European Standards & perfect for the working mom or stay at home mom.

6- WATER– Your body is made up of about 77% water! I cannot stress this one enough! That’s why I’ll just show you a picture instead! It’s great for your skin, muscles, & your organs! Drink 1/2 your body weight each day in oz. (I will be talking about this one again very soon!)

7. Arbonne’s Detox TeaThis detox tea is what I go to every night just before bed. It is free from caffeine, so it doesn’t keep me up all night. I enjoy it warm and in peace and quiet.

Here are the AMAZING ingredients: Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) (fruit), Peppermint (Mentha piperita) (leaf), Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) (root), Sweet Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) (fruit), Elder (Sambucus nigra) (flower), Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) (leaf), Walnut (Juglans regia) (leaf), Uva Ursi (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) (leaf), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) (root).
